all region codes basically work the same... what region are you in now? You can look online for ways to 'unlock' normal dvd players so they'll play any region of dvd, but otherwise your normal dvd playr will only play dvds from that region.

If you're in the US you can't play European or Japanese dvds... or basically any Non-American dvds. =_=" but if you're in Europe you can play Japanese DVDs.

HOWEVER, on your computer, there's a program you can use called VLC player that's supposed to play every region of DVD (I've never tested it personally but that's what I've read!). Here's a link:

Im in Region 2 .. oh yeah .. the hacks lol.

Righty-o

Thanks =)

If i change my DVD-player into a multi-regional....thing...playback....like my code is 7....7.....and then the region number...so if i do 0 for all regions, does that mean the DVD that i'm gna try and play has to have the region 0 on it? or does it allow me to play DVDs from regions 1 - 6 becuase its multi-regional?

sorry if this qs makes me sound stupid...its jus confusing and i dnt wanna break anything electrical cz i believe i may get murdered for breaking a dvd player hahahaha

nope, you should be able to just use region 0 for all. :) that's the idea behind it, it unlocks all region coding. Bear in mind I've neverdone that personally~ just from what I've read. But it *should* work, and even if it doesn't I think you could probably just reset the region again. good luck. :3

Heehee

Thanks. You've really helped =)
